Weekly rates assume Saturday turnover unless otherwise arranged in advance and include all equipment
and utilities including heat, electricity, cooking gas, linens and firewood. The mandatory €50 cleaning fee applies
to the entire booking regardless of the length or time of year and is payable with the final payment (below).
Payment is by check, wire transfer or cash. PayPal™
available with a 5% surcharge. Half of the total rent is due withing 14 days of the booking; the remainder is due 60
days before your visit. The full amount is refundable until 60 days before your visit; if you have to cancel within
that period I will do my best to rebook, and refund your rental up to the amount of the new booking.

Booking conditions

Guests agree to leave
"Cantou" in a genuinely proper and clean condition—and to replace any depleted supplies or damaged items—also
to report any breakage to the local house manager.

The use of accommodation
and facilities offered is entirely at the user's risk.

The owner and his
representatives accept no responsibility for injury to persons or any loss or damage to their property during the use
of the accommodation and facilities.

The owner maintains insurance on the dwelling and contents but not on the
guests.

Payment of the deposit
constitutes unconditional agreement to these conditions and to the booking conditions without recourse.

Failure to pay the
balance due within 30 days of the visit constitutes abandonment of the booking without recourse
