Weekly rates include all equipment and utilities; only the final cleaning is your responsibility.
First week: €800
Second successive week: €600
All successive weeks thereafter:
€400
Security deposit: €200
Cleaning fee (if you do not wish to do it): €50
Payment is by check, wire transfer or cash. Half of the total
rent is due withing 14 days of the booking; the remainder is due 60 days before your visit. The full amount is refundable
until 60 days before your visit; if you have to cancel within that period I will do my best to rebook, and refund your rental
up to the amount of the new booking.

There's a satellite TV receiver, DVD player and TV, two stereos and cassette deck/CD player; washer and dryer,
full linens, cookware, crockery and flatware; just about everything you'll need except the wine.
